Refund policy
To return or file a warranty claim, email info@ofishalpro.com.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and labels attached, shipped back in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

 info@ofishalpro.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, write your RMA number on a piece of paper and slip it inside the mailing container, and mail your return to the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and the approval or rejection of your refund.  Please note the refund will be returned to the original method of payment and a $25.00 restocking fee will be withheld for all umbrella/adapter units. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within twenty-one (21) days.  

We strongly recommend that you use our shipping label to mail your return.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus a $25.00 restock fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
